The record, structured.
Every entry in the registry begins with a primary source — a DOJ press release, a court filing, a formal inquiry, a confirmed violation record. Entries are extracted, categorized, and reviewed before they publish. Nothing goes on record that cannot be sourced.
Populating now.
The registry infrastructure is active. The DOJ scanner is initializing its first run. Case files will appear here as entries are extracted, verified, and cleared for publication. The Receipts page on the Substack carries the first published case file cards while the full registry index populates.

Three jurisdictions. Primary sources only.
DOJ press releases, HUD records, court filings, GAO reports, congressional appropriation records.
FEMA disaster records, HUD-CDBG-DR filings, OCFO documents, court records, territorial government data.
COA audit reports, DSWD records, ODA project data, Commission on Audit filings, court records.
Every entry in the registry is extracted from one of these primary source types, reviewed editorially before publication, and archived independently of any institutional or advertiser relationship. Analysis and editorial interpretation are clearly distinguished from documented fact.
