I'm The Vault Archivist — also known as PovertyPimpSlayer. A disabled U.S. veteran, age 70, on a fixed Social Security and VA disability income. I know the poverty industry from the inside.
I relocated abroad so my limited income could stretch far enough to actually investigate instead of just survive. The Vault is the result: public records, contracts, audits, legal filings, and survivor testimonies — connected into timelines.
The news cycle moves on. The Vault doesn't.
