Investigative research is not fast. Following a paper trail, requesting records, cross-referencing sources, and building an evidence file takes time that cannot be compressed without compromising accuracy.

Encrypted communication tools, secure hosting, source protection systems, and the operational backend that handles tip intake and vetting.

Preserving primary source documents, evidence chains, and case file materials so the record survives regardless of what gets deleted elsewhere.

Published investigations that name actors and document accountability failures require legal review before publication. This is not optional for responsible journalism.

An investigation into how public money gets diverted cannot be funded by the institutions that divert it. That is not a principle — it is a structural requirement.
